There are many styles of baths to choose from, including choosing between single ended and double ended baths or choosing between freestanding baths, baths with panels and shower baths.
Double ended baths have their taps located in the centre of one of the long sides of the bath, whereas single ended baths have theirs located at the foot of the bath. Double baths have that added advantage that you can lie with your head at either end of the bath. Single ended baths have the advantage that both the tap and drain is out of the way at the foot end of the bath. If you have a shower over the bath, the tap will also need to align with the shower head.
A popular example of double ended baths is the Phoenix Rectangularo and a popular single ended bath is the RAK Metropolitan. Your choice between single and double ended baths may be due to practicalities or simply aesthetics.
