The Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1800mm x 900mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray asks for a decent stretch of wall and repays it with a showering area you can genuinely move around in. Length to walk along, width to turn under the water - this is a tray for bathrooms where the shower isn't being squeezed in around everything else.
Soft taupe keeps the whole thing warm rather than clinical, and the slate-effect surface has enough depth and variation to be mistaken for the real thing. Set against natural tiling, timber or a walk-in shower panel, it looks considered in a way that flat white acrylic never quite does. Meanwhile, the stone resin beneath gives it proper heft - solid, rigid, no give and no hollow ring when you step in. Years of daily showering won't scratch through the textured top layer, and that same texture is what keeps it slip-resistant once everything's wet.
Water clears through a stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve, comfortably enough for a wide rainfall head running flat out. The 25mm profile drops into the floor for a true level-access wetroom, or goes down on the existing floor with a standard enclosure above. And when it comes to fitting this rectangular tray, up to 100mm can be trimmed from the edges to suit out-of-square walls, with a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant supplied for the joints.
