Finished in warm, soft taupe with a natural slate effect, the Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1600mm x 900mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray has enough grain and shadow to read as quarried stone rather than a moulded tray. It offers a gentler, warmer starting point than plain white, and pairs easily with walk-in showers and other textured bathroom materials.
At 1600mm x 900mm, you've got proper space to play with - length enough to move along, width enough to turn under the water without meeting the glass. It's a footprint that suits a bathroom with floor area to spare.
What you notice underfoot is the stone resin construction: dense, unyielding, without the flex or hollow sound that gives thinner materials away. The textured surface stands up to scratching after years of daily use and, more to the point, holds its slip-resistance once the shower is running.
Drainage on this rectangular tray is handled by a stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve, plenty for a wide rainfall head at full flow. The 25mm profile will recess into the floor for true level access in a wetroom, or sit straight on the existing floor beneath a standard enclosure. Fitting is made simpler by edges that trim back by as much as 100mm, handy against the uneven walls of older houses, plus a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant for finishing the joints cleanly.
