Product Information
Finished in warm soft taupe with a natural slate effect, the Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1700mm x 1000mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray carries the kind of grain and shadow that reads as quarried stone rather than something moulded.
The proportions matter just as much. A full metre of width behind a 1.7 metre run gives you depth as well as distance, so there’s space to turn and move about under the water instead of working within a narrow channel. Leave one side open behind a walk-in shower panel and it reads closer to a wetroom floor than a conventional tray.
Stone resin does the work underneath: dense and rigid, with no flex or thinner materials giving way. The textured top layer resists scratching through years of daily showering and keeps its slip-resistance once everything’s wet, ensuring consistently safe showering for all users.
Drainage on this rectangular tray comes from a stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve, ample for a wide rainfall head at full flow. The 25mm profile is shallow enough to set into the floor for true level access, or you can lay it straight onto the existing floor beneath a standard enclosure. Fitting is simpler too, thanks to edges that trim back by as much as 100mm - handy against the uneven walls of older houses - along with a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant for finishing the joints cleanly.
