The Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1400mm x 900mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray gives you a generous 1.4 metre run at a 900mm width, a combination that puts a good deal of space around you rather than hemming you in against the glass.
Stone resin gives this rectangular shower tray its substance. It feels dense and unyielding when you step onto it, with none of the flex or hollowness you get from thinner materials, and the textured surface holds off scratches while staying slip-resistant - worth having across a footprint this size, where you're moving about under the water rather than standing in one spot. Meanwhile, he soft taupe colourway brings a warmth that plain white trays rarely achieve, and the natural slate-effect finish has enough grain and shadow to read as quarried stone rather than something moulded, so it sits comfortably alongside walk-in showers and more textured bathroom materials.
A stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve handle the drainage, keeping a wide rainfall head clearing at full flow without water pooling at either end. At just 25mm, the profile is shallow enough to recess into the floor for a true level-access wetroom, or you can lay it straight onto the existing floor beneath a standard enclosure.
Two details make the fitting easier. You can trim up to 100mm from the edges to handle uneven walls common in older houses, and a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant is included so the joints finish as neatly as the rest of the installation.
