Finished in a warm, soft taupe with a natural slate effect, the Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1500mm x 900mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray has a depth of grain and shadow that passes for quarried stone rather than a moulded tray. It's a softer, warmer starting point than plain white, and one that sits naturally with walk-in showers and more textured bathroom materials.
At 1500mm long and 900mm wide, there's real space to work with - enough length to move along and enough width to turn under the water without meeting the glass. It's a footprint that gives a bathroom the floor area it needs.
The stone resin construction is what you notice underfoot: dense, unyielding, with none of the flex or hollow sound that thinner materials give away. The textured surface resists scratching from years of daily use and, more importantly, stays slip-resistant once the shower is running.
Drainage on this rectangular tray comes from a stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve, ample for a wide rainfall head at full flow. The 25mm profile can be recessed into the floor for true level access in a wetroom, or laid straight onto the existing floor beneath a standard enclosure. Fitting is easier with edges that trim back by up to 100mm, useful against the uneven walls of older houses, plus a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant to finish the joints cleanly.
