The Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1900mm x 900mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray runs to almost two metres, paired with a 900mm width that stops all that length from feeling like a corridor. It's a footprint for bathrooms with a full wall to give over to the shower, and it comes into its own in a walk-in shower.
Soft taupe keeps the look warm rather than clinical, and the natural slate-effect surface has enough grain and shadow to pass for quarried stone rather than a moulded tray - a finish that sits comfortably against natural tiling, timber or micro-cement.
The stone resin underneath gives it real heft: dense and rigid, with none of the flex or hollow note that thinner materials give away. The textured top layer shrugs off the scratches of daily use and, more importantly, holds its slip-resistance once the shower is running - worth having when you're moving the length of the tray rather than standing still.
Water clears through a stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve, ample for a wide rainfall head at full flow without pooling at the far end. At 25mm, the profile recesses into the floor for a true level-access wetroom, or sits straight on the existing floor beneath a standard enclosure. Fitting this rectangular tray is made easier by edges that trim back by up to 100mm, useful against the uneven walls of older houses, plus a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant for the joints.
