The Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1200mm x 900mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray is a well-judged size for a mid-sized bathroom: 1200mm gives you enough length to move along, while the 900mm width leaves room to turn and reach without brushing the glass.
The soft taupe colourway brings a warmth that plain white trays rarely achieve, and the natural slate-effect finish has enough grain and shadow to read as quarried stone rather than something moulded, which is why it works so well with walk-in showers. The next key feature is the stone resin build, which gives this rectangular shower tray its substance. It feels dense and unyielding underfoot, with none of the flex or hollowness you get from thinner materials, and the textured surface holds off scratches while staying slip-resistant once the water is running.
A stainless steel grate and a 34 l/m waste valve handle the drainage, keeping a wide rainfall head clearing at full flow without water pooling at either end. At just 25mm, the profile is shallow enough to recess into the floor for a true level-access wetroom, or you can lay it straight onto the existing floor beneath a standard enclosure.
Two details make the fitting easier. You can trim up to 100mm from the edges to handle uneven walls common in older houses, and a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant is included so the joints finish as neatly as the rest of the installation.
