The Tissino Giorgio2 Soft Taupe 1400mm x 700mm Stone Resin Rectangular Shower Tray softens the look of walk-in showers, pairing a warm soft taupe colourway with a natural slate-effect finish that reads as genuine stone rather than something moulded.
There's plenty of thought behind this rectangular shower tray. A stainless steel grate and 34 l/m waste valve are both part of the package, so water drains away at a decent rate even under a generous shower head. It's a good fit for a wetroom, too; at 25mm high it can be recessed flush with the floor for level access, or dropped in behind a standard enclosure at 1400mm x 700mm.
Built from stone resin, it feels dense and steady when you step onto it, and the textured surface shrugs off scratches but mainly offers superior slip-resistance. This provides you with a shower tray for daily use that leaves no marks and no loss of footing once the shower is on.
Also in the box is a free tube of colour-matched adhesive and sealant for finishing the edges cleanly. Up to 100mm can be trimmed from those edges, which is a real help in older homes where walls are rarely square, and alcoves rarely measure quite what you expect.
