Featuring a handset shower in addition to its wall mounted shower head, the Iso Chrome Thermostatic Exposed Shower Mixer is an exemplary shower system from the Abacus range that would optimise your shower experience, while lending some contemporary charm to your modern bathroom.

Measuring 272mm in width and 1266mm in its height, this thermostatic shower system comprises of a cylindrical rail that extends from the cool touch bar at its base to the round shower head hanging overhead. Curving at its peak before projecting 335mm to form a robust shower arm, the rail not only carries water from your supply to the shower head but acts as a riser rail on which you can readjust the bracket for the handset shower attachment, making it accessible to users of varying heights.

Turning the cylindrical dial on the left hand side of the cool touch bar allows you to switch the direction of the water flow from the round shower head to the handset shower, then returning it to an upright position will stop the flow completely. Once the water is running, the dial on the right hand side allows you to increase or decrease the temperature, which has a pre-set maximum of 38 degrees that can be overridden by clicking in the circular button on its circumference.

The circular face of the shower head, which measures 200mm in diameter, is covered in small rubberised nozzles that can be brushed with the palm of your hand to remove or prevent the accumulation of any limescale or grime.

Attached to the base of the shower column via its 1600mm long hose is the handset shower, the face of which can be turned to access its three different spray functions. Its initial relaxing waterfall setting is first replaced by a gentle mist, then another click will turn the handset onto its invigorating power jet.
