The JTP 400W Brushed Bronze Electric Thermostat Element delivers a sophisticated and energy-efficient method of controlling the temperature of your bathroom radiator or heated towel rail.
Built with ease of installation in mind, this heating element fits cleanly into the base of your radiator or towel rail. The user-friendly control panel and bright LED display make it straightforward to set and hold your preferred temperature anywhere between 30°C and 70°C, with handy 5°C increments for tailored comfort.
When you need an extra burst of warmth, simply activate the boost function, which runs on a flexible 2 or 4-hour timer. The element features integrated safety protection that automatically cuts out if the temperature climbs to 120°C or drops to -25°C, safeguarding against overheating and damage in extreme conditions.
This element can also convert your standard central heating radiator into a dual fuel system, enabling it to operate from both central heating and the electrical supply. This proves particularly valuable during the summer months when central heating is off, letting you keep your towel rail warm without running heat throughout the entire home. For use alongside standard radiator valves, you'll need a T-piece (available separately) or dual fuel valves that remove the need for a T-piece altogether.
Presented in a refined brushed bronze finish, the element base beautifully complements coordinating radiators, helping you craft a stylish and cohesive bathroom look. At 400W, this element is a fantastic choice for mid-sized radiators and moderately compact bathroom spaces.
- Please Note: Excludes T-Piece, which must be purchased separately for use with ordinary radiator valves for dual fuel operation. JTP dual fuel radiator valves can be purchased for use without need of a t-piece (see required products)
