Create a focal point in any traditional bathroom space with this Burlington Guild 620 Dark Oak Furniture Unit with Marquina Worktop, combining an area for washing in a countertop basin while adding vital storage space.

The Marquina worktop is manufactured from solid surface materials and its black colour, along with grey veining, is designed to replicate the look authentic Marquina marble stone, while the marble-effect adds a touch of luxury and sophistication to any space. It comes undrilled meaning that it can be used standalone as a flat surface to be used to unclutter a space, or can be installed with a basin and choice of tall tap or wall mounted basin tap.

This sits on top of a freestanding vanity unit finished in a dark oak providing a natural touch, and with a simple appearance that is inspired by the arts and crafts movement of the 19th century. Along with four squared vertical legs, it also includes a full width single drawer, fitted with colour matched rounded knob handles, capable of holding 15kg in capacity for keeping all those essentials within easy reach. The drawer is fully extendable outwards on the included runners, while it is soft-closing when being shut to be gentler on the unit. If the colour-matched handles provided aren't suitable for the space, these can be upgraded at an extra cost (see required products above) to chrome, gold or brushed nickel metallic options, colours to compliment Burlington Guild taps and other brassware items in this collection.

As the top of the drawer provides a flat surface, this can double up as another storage shelving area with open space above or simply as a decorative area to add some personal touches or plant-life. Other key features include adjustable feet on each leg to help keep the unit steady and level with the floor being installed on, while it also comes with wall fixings to secure it in place to stop any movement.

Also included, and entirely optional to be fitted, is the backsplash or upstand fitted to the back of the worktop. This is a decorative and protective barrier, characteristic of traditional sinks and worktops, to help prevent splashing. The surface can be installed completely flat without this, or the upstand can be attached for that authentic classic look.
