By pushing this click clack bath waste into the drain it enables users to fill their bathtub. By pushing again afterwards to release, this device allows the dirty water to drain freely down the waste pipe.
The slotted hole in the waste itself allows water to escape back into the drain from the overflow, should any escape via this location on the bath.
