The Sussex Range by JIS Ouse 700mm x 400mm Polished Stainless Steel Heated Towel Rail brings the very best of compact, efficient towel to modern bathrooms with a sleek, space-saving design.

This compact, wall-mounted heated towel rail measures 700mm long by 400mm wide, making it suitable for smaller spaces. Its ladder-inspired design features two sections of rounded horizontal bars, spaced 30mm apart and supported by vertical rails. The polished stainless steel finish provides durability and a modern accent for understated bathrooms.

This model integrates with your central heating system and delivers a thermal output of 1380 BTU (404W). A dual-fuel option allows operation with either central heating or an independent electric source. During warmer months, you can switch to electric heating to reduce reliance on central heating and lower running costs.

Depending on whether the pipework is floor- or wall-based, upgrading to dual-fuel requires either a standard/cylindrical heating element and dual-fuel valves, or a standard/cylindrical dual-fuel kit (which includes a t-piece and element) and dual-fuel valves. If you prefer to rely on just central heating alone, only a standard heating element and profile valves are needed. Please refer to the required products section for details.

• The standard element features a built-in thermostat to keep the temperature consistent, while the cylindrical element offers adjustable 4 heat settings and indicating LEDs.
• All elements are fitted on the right-hand side of the towel rail; left-hand elements are available on request.
• Standard bracket for 117mm projection included.
