The Crosswater Waldorf 800mm 3 Tap Hole Basin brings a real sense of calm to a period bathroom thanks to its wide-set form drawn in authentic Art-Deco style and crisp rectangular lines with softly stepped edges.

Cast in classic white Italian porcelain, this roomy basin offers a deep, practical bowl with broad ledges flanking the tap area - space enough for soap, a hand wash and all the daily bits that usually end up homeless. The trio of tap holes is set up for a traditional 3-hole basin mixer, hot and cold levers sitting either side of a central spout for a properly period arrangement. Spanning a full 800mm wide by 550mm deep, it comes into its own in a larger family or master bathroom, where a smaller basin can look adrift.

How it fits is up to you. Opt for the wall-hung basin to gain a floating look with open floor beneath, or the full pedestal basin for the proper traditional feel that hides the pipework as it drops to the floor.
