We appreciate that from time to time, things may not always go to plan for whatever reason. That is why, if you have an issue, we would love the opportunity to rectify it, speak to you personally to explain any issues, both within and outside of our control, and work with you to find a solution that would make your experience better and to a positive conclusion. We can also support you on your behalf to try and find resolutions with the manufacturers and brands we work with if there is a specific product issue after purchasing/delivery.
