However, if desired, this rail can be upgraded to support dual-fuel operation, allowing both the central heating and electrics to be used. For wall-mounted pipe setups, converting to dual-fuel requires a standard heating element and dual-fuel valves. For floor installations, the dual-fuel kit (includes the t-piece and element) must be used with dual-fuel valves.
