Boasting an adjustable shower arm and handset shower bracket, the Plan Blue Chrome Thermostatic Shower Mixer with Slide Rail is an attractive and innovative fixture from this award winning Keuco range that would make an excellent addition to any modern bathroom.

Measuring 600mm in height, the chrome plated slide rail of this thermostatic shower is topped with an adjustable shower arm, which extends 435mm from its mounting. Twisting the circular bracket located at the connection point between the slide rail and shower arm allows you to increase or decrease its height within a range of 795mm and 1275mm, while turning the cylindrical handle on the lefthand side of the handset shower holder grants you total control of this height and orientation on the slide rail.

The circular rainfall showerhead, which measures 250mm in diameter, is connected to the shower arm via a concealed ball joint to allow you to manually reposition it to your liking. Rubberised tips surround each of the nozzles on the showerhead, as well as the nozzles on the handset shower, such that you can keep both shower faces free from limescale by simply brushing your hand across them while the water is running.

Between the showerhead and handle of the handset shower there is a circular button, which when pressed cycles the handset shower through its three available shower functions. From its initial normal pressure setting, its relaxing soft flow, to its invigorating massage jet option, the Plan Blue Thermostatic Shower Mixer is able to adapt to the needs of your bathing ritual, whether you are getting ready for the day ahead or winding down for the evening.

At the base of the shower set is its exposed thermostatic mixer and diverter valve, which measures 321mm in width and 44mm in diameter. Rotating the lefthand dial clockwise decreases the water temperature, whereas pressing in the rectangular button and turning it anticlockwise allows you to raise the temperature of the water above 38 degrees. Meanwhile, the dial on the righthand side switches the flow of water between the showerhead and handset shower. Turning it towards the wall directs water to the showerhead, whereas twisting the dial towards yourself sends the water to the handset shower, then returning it to the centre stops the flow of water completely.
