The half pedestal fits underneath, providing extra support whilst also covering up the bottle trap and other intrusive plumbing. This sink is constructed from vitreous china for a sturdy, easy-clean build. It's swathed in a beautiful gloss white finish, and comes equipped with both an overflow and a central tap hole.
