"I would like to recommend Sanctuary Bathrooms for both its products and the service it provides. We purchased a large amount of sanitary ware, shower items and taps last year as we were refurbishing our entire house. The range of items on offer was excellent and all at a very competitive price. Visitors to our house have commented on how modern our bathrooms all look (we used the Rak Ceramics range). The price we paid for everything really was excellent and incredibly good value. However, it was the service we received which really has been second to none. From the first contact I had with the company I have been impressed with the service they provide. Their pre-sales care was fantastic and they went to great efforts to assist me with the purchasing process. I was in need of an unusually sized bath and they were able to source various options for me and were only too happy to help. On the rare occasion there was any error it was rectified immediately and without any quibbling. Items were sent when promised, phone calls returned when I was told they would be and the staff always polite, friendly and happy to help. The after-sales care has been fantastic even a year after placing the order. When one of our taps broke after just under a year from purchase, Sanctuary Bathrooms helped immediately to get a new one from the manufacturers free of charge and even arranged for the old one to be collected at no charge to myself. I had not heard of Sanctuary Bathrooms before I started to look for bathroom items but I wish I had not wasted time looking at other retailers before placing my order with Sanctuary.
