A simple alternative for a bathtub without an integral overflow is to use the BC Designs Brushed Nickel Exposed Plug & Chain Bath Waste with Overflow Pipe.
Simply connect the angled and straight pipes to the connectors on the overflow and the supplied waste to create an external overflow system that helps prevent flooding from your bathtub.
If the bath is overfilled, the excess water flows through this external pipe, into the waste and down the drain, safely entering the concealed pipework below.
This set comes with a plug-and-chain bath waste, which is operated manually by inserting the plug to cover the drain and pulling it out to release the water.
The pipes, overflow and waste are made from brass and are finished in distinctive brushed nickel, allowing the set to coordinate seamlessly with the rest of your brassware.
