TOTO Washlet & Neorest January 2026 Brochure
TOTO launched the Washlet in the 1980s and effectively invented the shower toilet category, shifting the daily routine from paper to water. Four decades and sixty million units later, it remains the world's best-selling electric bidet toilet, and this brochure covers the full UK range alongside the technology behind it.
Read the full brochure below at your own pace. If anything needs checking before you buy, such as product information or lead times, use the form at the bottom of this page to send us your questions.
This is a technology brochure as much as a product one. Roughly half of it is devoted to explaining how the cleansing, flushing, and glazing systems work, which matters when the products themselves look deceptively simple. In more detail, you'll find:
- The Neorest range, TOTO's flagship shower toilets, built as fully integrated units with touch-free sensor operation.
- The Washlet range, covering seat-and-bidet units that fit to a compatible pan, in curved and angular designs, with a compact option for smaller cloakrooms and ensuites.
- Cleansing and comfort functions, including an adjustable warm water wand that cleans itself after every use, a heated seat with adjustable temperature, warm air drying, odour filtration, a soft night light, and automatic lid opening and closing.
- Cleaning technologies, covering a fine water mist sprayed into the bowl before use so waste cannot cling, electrolysed water that cleans the bowl and wand without chemicals, a smooth hygienic glaze, and a rimless, multi-jet flush.
- Planning and compatibility information, with a full function comparison across every model, technical specifications, a chart showing which Washlet pairs with which pan, and planning data for installation.
