Mechanical Flush Plates & Buttons

Mechanical Flush Plates are seen as the most common and often popular types of flush plate due to their simplicity in operation. The functionality of the mechanical version works using actuation rods connected to the buttons that, when pressed, depress down the internal plumbing to release the water to flush the toilet. This is one recognisable element of a mechanical flush plate, along with the fact that when pushed the button tends to hold at one side. 

You can get both single flush plates and dual flush plates that operate mechanically, the latter offering a choice of half-flush or full flush. These are available in numerous styles and colours from the standard chrome flush plates, to black, white, stainless steel, brass and more.
