Following the announcement on 5th April 2021 from the Prime Minister regarding the opening of non-essential retail, we have taken the time to update all our customers about changes to Sanctuary Bathrooms' operations and services.

Status: Showroom open by appointment only from Monday 12th April. Website orders open as normal. Telephone, email and live chat services for orders and customer support all operating normally too within office hours. Business as usual for order processing, warehouse and deliveries.
Our Leeds-based showroom is open from Monday 12th April to appointment-only customers. This is to protect customers and staff alike by being able to manage the number of people in the showroom at any one time and for effective social distancing.
To book an appointment, you can visit our Showroom page by clicking the link above or by contacting us via any of the methods detailed below. On arrival, please arrive as promptly as possible and ring the doorbell and one of our staff members will let you in.
For your safety, our Showroom has hand sanitiser stations, a one-way system and glass perspex screens and we ask customers and staff to wear face-masks for the protection and safety of everyone while visiting. You can also check-in using the Test & Trace App and scanning the QR code.
We appreciate that not everyone may feel comfortable visiting face-to-face at this time. So, alternatively, should you have any concerns or questions about an order, or would like to ask our expert team for advice or information regarding your bathroom, products or our services, including our CGI 3D bathroom design service, our team will also be on hand to assist in numerous other ways detailed below with any queries:
Our website remains fully open and is business as usual. Our team are working either in our office or remotely and will be processing your orders as efficiently as possible.

Our contactless delivery service is still operating either through our own team or via our third-party couriers and partners.
Our website provides approximate timeframes for how long you can expect items to be delivered in. While we process orders as quickly as possible with our suppliers, they may have implemented additional social distancing measures which, along with higher demand, may mean longer than usual delivery timeframes. Please be assured we are in constant contact with manufacturers and suppliers to fulfil orders as rapid as possible and ensure up-to-date information is provided where possible. Our team will look to keep you updated throughout the period on timeframes and your order, including to organise a date for delivery as soon as it becomes available. If you need some of your items more urgently than others and would prefer to receive these sooner, please get in touch and we'll be happy to try and find a solution for this for you.
Please be aware that some deliveries may come directly from suppliers rather than through our warehouse, so while we can provide guidance of timeframes, we cannot control any delays that may occur in regard to operational delays on their side (sourcing of materials, border delays, etc). However, we will be more than happy to speak to the supplier to chase updates/information on your items to keep you informed.
If you urgently need an item that has a longer lead time of 3-4 weeks, please call us and we can look into this and see if we can assist in any way.
Our Click and Collect service is now available again. Our warehouse carries a select amount of stock and the product you wish to order may not be readily available or may have to be ordered from a supplier. Please get in touch through the contact methods above ahead of ordering if you are in urgent need and we will advise if your product is in stock, or how long it may take to arrive in from our suppliers.
We will keep the above information updated as frequently as possible and will add any extra FAQs or information as and when needed. However, if you have any questions at all please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.
