The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on sanctuary-bathrooms.co.uk. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You might find it useful to print a copy for future use. You must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK to order goods through this website. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
In the event that there is any conflict between you, the customer and sanctuary-bathrooms co.uk, the terms as set out here will overrule any other terms.
All orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Amex and Maestro. Payment will be debited at time of order through the protx payment system.
Even though it is our main method of communication, please be aware that any email or other acknowledgment of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email.
We also reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable us to evaluate and/or process the order.
Colours, specifications & dimensions of products
We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications & dimensions of items on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered.
Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver most products within 7 days, however some larger items may take longer. However all delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. If you have any questions regarding your delivery please telephone 0113 244 4400.
Sanctuary Bathrooms strongly advises you not to book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. If any item is out of stock, we will email or telephone you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
Please check your delivery yourself and report any problems to us within 48 hours and we will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues.
Delivery Charges
All orders under £500 carry a delivery charge of £10 for Small and £25 for Medium for England and Wales. For Scottish Mainland carry a delivery charge £10 for Small and £50 for Medium. For orders over £500 plus VAT, delivery is free of charge.
Some postcodes in the following areas will incur an additional charge which will be advised prior to acceptance and delivery of your order: Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Grampian and Highlands Scotland and Scottish Isles.
Delivery Charges For Ireland
Small items carry a delivery cost of £25.00 and £75.00 for Medium. Please note there is no free delivery charges for this area.
Shipping and Handling
To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition we send larger fragile goods via our door to door home delivery service. We do not deliver these larger items outside the UK.
Cancelling your order
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written (by post, by fax or email) giving details of goods ordered and their delivery for full details of how to return please call us on 0113 244 4400. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods if you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to make sure the goods are not damaged in the mean time or in transit. Please note the return of non faulty goods incur a restocking charge of 25%. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall ask you to return the goods yourself and refund you the reasonable postage costs. Special order goods made to your own specification (i.e. Whirlpool baths) will incur a 50% restocking charge unless misdescribed or faulty. It is therefore important you make absolutely sure your requirements are correct on purchase.
We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Description of Goods
All images, descriptions and specifications on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. The company does not accept responsibility for any preparation work based upon such specifications.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our online brochure, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All goods must be purchased and paid for in full on our website upon ordering.
If however, you are not happy giving your credit card details online we will gladly take your order over the phone you can contact us on 0113 244 4400 between 9am – 6p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4p.m.order

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you, be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
You can return the purchased goods to us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The returned goods must be in their original package and ready for resale. If you cancel an order then you will be charge for any postage and packaging incurred.
You must inform us by email or in writing so we can be ready for the return. You will be charged the direct cost of returning the goods to us. This will vary depending on where the item/s are located.
Please do not write on the packaging as this will make the product no longer a resalable item – please affix a label addressed to Sanctuary Bathrooms, Units 6 & 7 Evans Business Centre, Albion Park, Albion Way, Leeds LS12 2EP.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
Prices
These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Options page.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Guarantees
All guarantees alluded to on the Sanctuary Bathrooms web site are manufacturer's guarantees and are passed on to you in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of the contract between yourself and Sanctuary Bathrooms. In the event that the manufacturer becomes insolvent the guarantee will be lost.
Sanctuary Bathrooms will not bear the cost of communications, traffic expensive and installation fees due to faulty products.
