How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product ordered and whether it is an item that is carried in stock or a special order. Look out for the delivery times displayed on the product pages that act as a guide to delivery estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates but as a general guideline, our standard delivery schedule is between 5-14 working days.
How will my order arrive?
Small items are delivered to your door by a 9am to 5pm courier service.

Medium items are delivered by our delivery team. You will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Small items include taps, shower systems, bathroom accessories and towel rails.
Medium items include toilets and basins, baths, shower cubicles, and any other item not defined as small.
How much will my delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary and are dependent on a number of factors, for example: the type or size of item and the delivery location. Below is a map of the United Kingdom with a guide to delivery prices.
Please note that these prices are only a guideline. Some postcodes within the UK may incur extra charges not detailed on this map. If you order more than one item, you will only be charged once based on the price of the largest items included in your order.

Small Items: Small items ordered together will be charged one maximum delivery fee of just £10. Small items include taps, shower systems, bathroom accessories and towel rails.
Multiple Items: Medium and small item ordered together will be charged one maximum delivery fee of just £25. Medium items include toilets and basins, baths, shower cubicles, and any other item not defined.
